This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Unicorn Theory Management Consulting, (“Unicorn Theory”). Unicorn Theory agrees to provide services and materials on this Site pursuant to the Terms of Service set forth below. Any person who uses or relies on the services and materials on this Site agrees to do so according to these Terms. Unicorn Theory may amend or modify these Terms by posting an update to this Site, and you agree to accept the new Terms by using or relying on our services and materials after such notice. You should take the time to read through these Terms, and if you have any questions, please contact us at the address listed at the end.
The Site contains material that is protected by national and international trademark, service mark, copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws. To the full extent provided under the United States Copyright Act and all national and international copyright laws, Unicorn Theory, its licensors and suppliers, and other entities whose content is displayed on this site own all copyright rights in the text, images, graphics, user interface, and other content provided on this site, other than content used pursuant to the doctrine of fair use, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of such content. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing stated or implied on this site confers on you any license or right under any copyright of Unicorn Theory or any third party, and except as expressly provided herein you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this site including code and software. However, you may print pages from this site solely for individual, noncommercial use, provided that all users of these pages keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices and provided that all use of such pages for any purpose terminates after your contract termination or expiration.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively the “Trademarks”) are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Unicorn Theory, Unicorn Theory’s licensors and suppliers, and others. Unicorn Theory and designated logos are registered trademarks of Unicorn Theory. The Trademarks owned by Unicorn Theory, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Unicorn Theory’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion with customers, or in any manner that disparages Unicorn Theory. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark without the express written permission of Unicorn Theory, Unicorn Theory’s licensors or suppliers, or the third party owner of any such Trademark. Misuse of any Trademarks is prohibited, and Unicorn Theory will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights in its Trademarks, including via civil and criminal proceedings.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Unicorn Theory infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The notice must include the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple copyrighted works located on the Site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works); (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow Unicorn Theory to locate the material on the Site; (d) the name, address, telephone number and email address (if available) of the complaining party; (e) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send Unicorn Theory a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright/ for details. Notices and counter-notices with respect to the Site should be sent to the address set forth below. We suggest that you consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice. Also, be aware that there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA. Please note that Unicorn Theory may terminate any user who it reasonably believes to be a repeat copyright infringer.
